I'm a certified IT service manager and possess over 14 years of experience in the field IT Service and Project Management.

I have been working in IT since 1998, when I started working for KPN as a database tester/administrator. Since then I have worked for various companies, in different industries such as; finance, banking, government, FMGG, professional services, and aviation.

​

My professional history includes positions such as process analyst and technical writer at KPMG, and quality assurance analyst, IT process and project manager at EDS/HP. 

 

I have experience with: frameworks like ITIL and COBIT; implementing and managing ICT processes; creating policies, procedures, instructions, and IT maturity and sustainability models; conducting IT maturity assessments and IT financial benchmarks; providing process and tool training; . 

 

​I have also managed various projects like; designing, building and implementing a CMS including CMDB; creating scripts for measuring and reporting the allocated storage. and describing the IT financial management process and creating standard invoice reports.
